What’s Hot On TV Tonight - Don’t Throw Those 3-D Glasses Away Yet!

You can get one more usage out of those 3-D glasses you used last night before halftime of the Super Bowl. Chuck tonight will be in 3-D as the agents try to find out who’s marked a rock star for murder. Watching Bruce Springsteen last night in 3-D would have been kind of neat, wouldn’t it? Chuck isn’t the only thing new tonight. There isn’t a single repeat on all night on any of the major networks. You can tell sweeps is hitting us.

1. Some Kind of Wonderful. In my top ten movies of all time. Even though it’s from 1987, I think it stands the test of time about the state of relationships in high school. Read more here . 10:30 AM CT HBO Signature

2. The Ellen DeGeneres Show. Ellen’s guests are Heidi Klum, Justin Long, and fitness expert Marco Borges. Ellen reportedly makes Long extremely uncomfortable when she asks about his ex, Drew Barrymore. Hopefully Klum will talk more about her feelings on Jessica Simpson. Syndicated, check local listings.

3. Groundhog Day. Bill Murray as a weatherman who is forced to live Groundhog Day over and over again. Somehow, we all know how he feels. 5:00 PM CT FX

 


4. The Big Bang Theory. Penny gets help with her financial crisis from Sheldon, but it leads to a confrontation between Leonard and Penny’s ex, Kurt. 7:00 PM CT CBS

5. Chuck. In 3-D, a rock star is a marked man, so the agents kidnap him to find who’s behind the plot. Morgan gets two backstage passes to the rock star’s show and has a contest to find out who will be his guest. 7:00 PM CT NBC

6. The Bachelor. The five remaining potential wives travel with Jason back to Seattle. Three have a group date on a ferry ride, one spends an evening on a houseboat, and the other goes on a seaplane ride. Some also go on a local radio show with Jason. Apparently it’s still not the week Deanna comes back. 7:00 PM CT ABC

7. Gossip Girl. Blair is plotting against Rachel, a teacher she’s not real fond of. Chuck wakes up in a hotel without the benefit of memories from the night previous, and Nate and Vanessa attempt to help him figure out what happened. 7:00 PM CT CW

8. House. A renowned cancer researcher collapses during a cooking class after giving up her career for personal fulfillment, and it has the doctors thinking about their own pursuits of happiness. Cuddy wants to make House’s life more miserable, and Thirteen’s health takes a downward turn. 7:00 PM CT Fox

9. How I Met Your Mother. If Robin doesn’t find a job in four days, she’ll be deported, and Barney helps out be producing a video resume. 7:30 PM CT CBS

10. Two and a Half Men. Melissa is thinking Alan’s family isn’t appreciative of him, so she asks him to move in with her and her mom. 8:00 PM CT CBS

11. Heroes. Hiro, now powerless, decides to help Ando become a superhero. Suresh, Peter, Daphne, and Matt go back to their regular lives, but Claire’s pursuit of normalcy is shortened after she finds a new plot by Nathan. Sylar searches for his real parents. 8:00 PM CT NBC

12. One Tree Hill. Lucas has difficulties with the casting for his movie, and Brooke meets the actress who will play her. Peyton is focused on the upcoming wedding, and James gets tips from Dan on how to deal with a school crush. 8:00 PM CT CW

13. 24. Dubaku threatens another target with the CIP module, the whole security community works to identify the target, and Jack, Chloe, Tony, Renee, and Bill go after leads. An FBI agent brings a touch of paranoia to her job. Janeane Garofalo guests. 8:00 PM CT Fox

14. Stripes. It’s not like you need something else to watch tonight, but seeing this was going to be on, I just couldn’t pass it up. I can’t get Bill Murray’s theme music from the movie out of my head, and what the heck, follow up Ground Hog Day with this. 8:00 PM CT Spike

 


15. CSI: Miami. When a murderer puts Calleigh and Ryan in danger, Alexx Woods returns. 9:00 PM CT CBS

16. Medium. It’s the season opener, as Allison helps Devalos investigate the murder of his friend’s sister, but Allison’s insights and the friend’s ex and current spouse take the case in different directions. Bridgette is in trouble at school for drawing naked pictures of her art teacher. 9:00 PM CT NBC

17. True Beauty. The remaining beauties are sent on a long overnight hike with just a map and bottle of water. In the morning, they’re challenged to shoot video promos without makeup or mirrors. 9:00 PM CT ABC
