Nothing gets this guy down. Even after his health scare a few weeks ago, he’s still holding down two shows, Howie Do It and Deal or No Deal. It makes it an interesting selection on tonight, with choices of game shows, reality TV, comedies, dramas, news magazine shows, etc.. And being that it’s currently 3 degrees here, although I just talked to my friend vacationing in Miami where it’s 87 degrees, it’s not a bad night to stay in. Other than her. She should get out there and enjoy that weather.

1. Jurassic Park. Steven Spielberg and Michael Crichton came together for this movie that capitalized on the dinosaur craze at the time. Or maybe it’s that the craze was created from the movie. It stars Sam Neill, Laura Dern, and Jeff Goldblum. 11:30 AM AM CT 5STMax

2. The Bonnie Hunt Show. After weeks of making fun of the show, today Bonnie has on the cast of The Real Housewives of Orange County. Chris Matthews is on the show as well. Syndicated, check local listings.

3. The Elizabeth Smart Story. Just a reminder to lock up your kids and keep them safe tonight. 5:00 PM CT Hallmark Movies

4. Howie Do It. Featured tonight is an interpretive dance that is inspired by a bowl of pasta, two women that think they’re volunteering at an auction, then find they were really bidding on items, and a bride that invites her family to see her get married to a stranger on TV. 7:00 PM CT NBC

5. Wife Swap. The two moms that swap are a Midwestern mom whose family eats fast food and participates in paintball and ATVs and a mom who is into healthy living, the environment and higher education. 7:00 PM CT ABC

6. Everybody Hates Chris. Rochelle’s family plans sidetrack Chris and his efforts to study for a college-entrance exam, and Julius wins a new TV in a contest, then finds the hidden catch. 7:00 PM CT CW

7. Back to the Future. It’s a classic, for sure, and is the movie that solidified Michael J. Fox as a star. Sad thing is, I know a mom like Lea Thompson in this movie. 7:00 PM CT Retro

8. Howie Do It. In the second half hour a grandma guests on a gangsta-rap cooking show, a reporter interviews one-sidedly, not listening to anyone else, and a multimillion-dollar prize gets delivered to the wrong house. 7:30 Pm CT NBC

9. The Game. Malik is asked to go on a children’s TV show, but team officials then decide him outing a fellow player is bad publicity for their organization.

10. Friday Night Lights. Eric isn’t too happy about Katie McCoy’s offer to host the annual players’ BBQ, Matt feels threatened by JD, Billy talks Tim into participating in a moneymaking scheme, and Smash has worries over his mom paying for college. 8:00 PM CT NBC

11. 20/20. The science behind physical attraction is featured, with a biological anthropologist as a guest. Also explored are arranged marriages and matchmaking. 8:00 PM CT NBC

12. 13 – Fear Is Real. The killer is identified, then talks about playing the murderer. Everyone moves into an abandoned high school, and the Mastermind gives them a new challenge. 8:00 PM CT CW

13. Dateline NBC. Meredith Vieira hosts this investigation into a global kidnapping case that affected an entire New Jersey community. 9:00 PM CT NBC

14. 20/20. A report on the murders in Palm Beach County that include a 52-year-old housewife that was slain shortly after leaving a shopping mall in Boca Raton. 9:00 PM CT ABC
