What’s Hot On TV Tonight - It’s Chen vs. Keoghan On Million Dollar Password!

There were slim pickings on TV yesterday, as apparently the programmers were saving it all for today, with plenty to choose from, both afternoon and evening. It makes being stuck inside during this horrifying weather in the Midwest not so bad. Those of you not in subzero weather, bite me. We have some great classic and new family movies, some football, and yes the Chenbot facing off against Phil Keoghan in Million Dollar Password. Will she be Philiminated?
1. NFL Football: Steelers at Titans. These two teams are battling over the best record in the AFC, with Pittsburgh just one game behind Tennessee. The Titans had just their second loss last week, and with another, it’ll tie then with the Steelers. They’re both working on home field advantage. 12:00 PM CT CBS
2. College Road Trip. Decent Disney flick with Raven-Symone and Martina Lawrence about a girl doing battle with her father on where to go to college. They take a road trip together to check out the possibilities. Donny Osmond has a bit part as well. 1:05 PM CT Starz West
3. Holiday Celebration On Ice. It’s a collaboration of ice skaters and country crooners. Expect appearances by Billy Ray Cyrus, Lorrie Morgan, Nancy Kerrigan, Rudy Galindo, Surya Bonaly, and Sawyer Brown among others. 2:30 PM CT ABC
4. Cars. Great animated flick about a race car that gets stranded in a small town on his way to a race. Celebrity voices include Owen Wilson, Bonnie Hunt, Paul Newman, Tony Shalhoub, and Larry the Cable Guy. 2:30 PM CT ABC Family
5. NFL Football: Falcons at Vikings. Atlanta and Minnesota have the exact same record, except the Falcons are second to the bottom in the NFC South, and the Vikings are on top of the NFC Central. Minnesota needs the win to keep Chicago from beating down their door. 3:15 PM CT Fox
6. Good Housekeeping Seasonal Special: Stress-Less. Host Rebecca Kolls teaches us how to organize and get things down in a timely fashion during the holidays. Why? Then we would miss the fun of driving around like a maniac doing last minute shopping, wiping our brow, even though it’s below zero windchill. 3:30 PM CT ABC
7. 60 Minutes. Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger is interviewed about California’s economic situation, Lesley Stahl studies airport checkpoints to see if it’s really making things safer, and an elephant orphanage in Kenya is visited. 6:00 PM CT (time approx. after football)
8. Million Dollar Password. CBS reality TV hosts face off tonight as the celebrites are Phil Keoghan of The Amazing Race and Julie Chen from Big Brother. 7:00 PM CT CBS (time approx. after football)
9. The Seven Year Itch. It’s Marilyn Monroe at her best in this movie about a husband and his wildly sexual daydreams while his wife is away. 7:00 PM CT FMC
10. Sunday Night Football: Panthers at Giants. This has to be the game of the week. Both teams top their divison with identical 11-3 records. New York is coming off a loss in their own division, while Carolina is coming off a big win. The winner will clinch home field advantage in the playoffs. 7:15 PM CT NBC
11. Cold Case. The investigation of a stewardess murdered in 1960 while trying to organize a union reveals several suspects that strongly resented her. 8:00 PM CT CBS (time approx. after football)
12. The Unit. After a Department of Defense official jeopardizes a previous mission because of his lack of experience, Jonas and the team trick him into joining them in an assignment for him to observe war up close and personal. Also, Kim is reunited with her kids secretly. 9:00 PM CT (time approx. after football)
