What’s Hot On TV Tonight - Charlie Brown Thanksgiving

Published by laurabelle at 1:42 pm under Programming Edit This

8504f.jpgIt’s a good night for TV, that’s for sure. We get Charlie Brown Thanksgiving and that means one thing. Christmas is coming, and pretty soon we’ll see A Charlie Brown Christmas. In addition we have some ex-NFL stars on The Biggest Loser helping them work out, a nutcase with odd demands on House, and of course the biggest thing of the night, the finale on Dancing With the Stars. I honestly don’t know who’s going to win tonight, but do hope for a Lance Bass win.

1. Regis and Kelly. Nicole Kidman is on promoting her new film Australia, and Tom Jones guests as well. What? It’s not unsual. Just a little Tom humor. Gina and Pat from the Food Network also show how to prepare a Southern-style Thanksgiving dinner. Syndicated, check local listings.

2. Problem Child. For all of us that have our kids home over the Thanksgiving holidays. Just to remind us it could be worse. It could be worse. Trust me on this one. 4:00 PM CT Starz 4

3. NCIS. To keep a criminal from stealing secret government files, the team has to learn to trust some shady criminals along the way. 7:00 PM CT CBS

4. The Biggest Loser: Families. Jerry Rice and Steve Young help lead the Losers in an NFL-inspired workout, and Chef Rocco deSpirito, fresh off his Dancing With the Stars loss, shows how to make healthy Thanksgiving dishes. Is it wrong to want Vicky voted out? I want her to lose weight, look great, and be healthy, but I also want her gone. 7:00 PM CT NBC

5. Charlie Brown Thanksgiving. I’m not a big turkey fan, so I think I would actually prefer the ice cream sundaes, toast, pretzels, popcorn, and jelly beans. Either that or I could go to Chandler and Monica’s and have Funyons. 7:00 PM CT ABC

6. House. A clinic patient wielding a gun takes House, Thirteen, and some of the other patients hostage in the waiting room with demands that House treat him. This patient also demands that House use the other patients as guinea pigs for any of the medication that House plans to give him. Thirteen volunteers to be the guinea pig. 7:00 PM CT Fox

7. The Nutty Professor. The version with Eddie Murphy. I have three words, “Hercules, Hercules, Hercules!” 7:00 PM CT Oxygen

8. The Mentalist. A witness that is involved in a narcotics case ends up murdered along with his girlfriend, and while everyone suspects the drug deal to be the murderer, Jane has a different idea. 8:00 PM CT CBS

9. Dancing With the Stars. It’s the big finale. Who will it be, Brooke, Warren, or Lance? Before we find out, we’ll have performances from Miley Cyrus and Alicia Keys, and will have past contestants Jeffrey Ross and Cloris Leachman coming back for some very special bits. 8:00 PM CT ABC

10. Fringe. While investigating a tragedy as Massive Dynamic, it brings about Olivia’s desire to erase memories of John Scott, and Peter is found to be with some people from his past that are somewhat unsavory. Celebrity Today will help sort all this out later if you’re as confused as I am. 8:08 PM CT Fox

11. Without a Trace. Traveling to Los Angeles for the funeral of an employee, a man vanishes. Jack and Samantha track his whereabouts, and find themselves with a renewed romance. 9:00 PM CT CBS

12. Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. Benson helps the victim of spousal abuse, hiding her in a stairway at one point. While hiding with her, Benson discovers another crime. 9:00 PM CT NBC
